Narate Keys – The Poet & Writer

Poetry is food for our souls. It’s the language of love and appreciation. It’s words of encouragement, words of wisdom, and words of inner rant. It’s the base of lyrics in rap, love songs and chants. Poetry is our oneness and stillness. Poetry is the roots of the trees, the trunk of the extinct white elephants, and the vine of a delicious Moscato. Poetry feeds our souls.

My reason for writing is the courage to express the true meaning of my VOICE that needs to be heard. I also write because being silent will not conquer the beat of my speech and tear the loud inner voice inside. I write to be heard loud and clear because my solo soft-spoken tone is not yet defined. I don’t want to be judged nor have this taken as a weakness, because writing poetry has strengthened me. Writing poetry is riding along with the speed of waves of happiness.

Narate Keys – The Massage Therapist

There’s no denying the power of bodywork. Regardless of the adjectives we assign to it (pampering, rejuvenating, therapeutic) or the reasons we seek it out (a luxurious treat, stress relief, pain management), massage therapy can be a powerful ally in your healthcare regimen.

Experts estimate that upwards of ninety percent of disease is stress related. And perhaps nothing ages us faster, internally and externally than high stress. While eliminating anxiety and pressure altogether in this fast-paced world may be idealistic, massage can, without a doubt, help manage stress.

Research continues to show the enormous benefits of touch—which range from treating chronic diseases, neurological disorders, and injuries, to alleviating the tensions of modern lifestyles. Consequently, the medical community is actively embracing bodywork, and massage is becoming an integral part of hospice care and neonatal intensive care units.
